Your wedding is a special event in your life and you want to remember it forever. And you also want to remember the people who came to your wedding and congratulated you for getting married and starting a new life.

A beautiful idea that I came across attending a wedding. On each table there was a guest book for people to sign and on the cover there was a title. Of course that for each table the title was different. Mine was: “You remember us as ….” Another table had as a title: “You wish us……” And people would complete it and even exchanged ideas and memories about the couple.

Wishing tree

If the books are a little bit too much for you and you are having an outdoor wedding or even an indoor one, you could always use the wishing tree as a beautiful guest book for your guests to sign. If outdoors, find a tree that is in the visual range of everybody and ask your friends or a relative to hang in ribbons. At the tables, the people will write their wishes and then hang them in the tree.

Of course that this is also a possibility and this type of guest book for weddings is very much used. Guests are taken a photo, a guest book responsible would go around tables and will ask them to stick their picture in the guest book and of course, write a few words.

Are these too simple or too common ideas? Then try different other things according to your personality: get waterproof markers and ask guests to write on plates or pottery. For a funnier weddings, ask them to write on T-shirts or other pieces of clothes. No matter what kind of guest book you choose, it will be great as long as you like what you have chosen.11
